AI workshop · For teams and individuals

AI, set up right in the tools
your team already uses.

We set AI up inside your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with company accounts and clear data rules. Then we train your team on one real task per area, the one that costs the most, and leave it working.

A week of work Illustrative
Time back
  • Work only you can do
  • Repeated tasks
  • Time back
An illustration, not a measurement. Repeated tasks shrink to the part that still needs you: reviewing the first pass. Your real numbers come from your own tasks.
A handwritten ledger, column after column of figures copied out by hand

The work that repeats is the work worth handing off.

Before anyone opens the tool, we set it up.

Most teams already have AI: in their plan, on someone’s personal card, in a free account. What is missing is the setup that makes it safe to use with company work. That comes first.

  1. Company accounts

Everyone works in accounts the company controls, not personal ones paid on a personal card.

  2. Data rules

What can go in and what never does, written down before the first prompt.

  3. A one-page use policy

Which tools, which accounts, which data and who reviews. Short enough that the team reads it.

  4. Your plan, switched on

We check what your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 plan includes and turn it on before you buy anything.

01 · Time

The first draft is
the slow part.

The first hours AI can hand back are in first passes: the reply, the meeting summary, the proposal outline, the report someone on your team rebuilds every week. AI drafts that first pass. A person keeps the judgment and the last word.

  • Email replies
  • Meeting notes
  • Summaries
  • Proposal outlines
  • Weekly reports

02 · Data

Your information is already there.
It is just not usable.

PDFs nobody reads twice, email threads where the decision is buried, a spreadsheet with three versions. AI is good at turning what you already have into something you can search, sort and reuse.

Find
The clause in a contract, the figure in last quarter’s deck, the thread where it was decided.
Classify
Sort incoming requests, invoices or tickets by type before a person opens them.
Extract
Pull names, dates and amounts out of PDFs and emails into the spreadsheet they belong in.

What never goes in

  • Client personal data
  • Passwords and keys
  • Anything under an NDA
  • Health or financial records

The workshop sets this rule before anyone opens the tool.

03 · Money

Start with what you
already pay for.

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and the ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini plans may include more than you use today. We do not resell licenses. When something is worth buying, we say so, with alternatives and no commission.

  1. 01

    Overlapping subscriptions

Three people paying for three AI tools that do the same thing, each on a personal card.

  2. 02

    Features nobody turned on

Many Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 plans now include AI features. We check yours before you buy anything else.

  3. 03

    Work done twice

A report rebuilt by hand every week, or an error caught late and fixed by redoing the whole thing.

Find your level
before deciding anything.

Few people or companies sit on a single level. Writing can be at level 4 while reporting is still at level 1. Placing each task on its own keeps you from buying a large answer to a problem that lives somewhere else.

  1. Level 1

    Nobody uses it, officially

    What it looks like
People use free tools on their own phones and accounts.
    What hurts
Client data ends up in tools nobody approved.
    Next step
    A one-page use policy.
  2. Level 2

    Everyone experiments, alone

    What it looks like
Each person has their own prompts. Nothing is shared.
    What hurts
Good results do not repeat when that person is out.
    Next step
Shared prompts for the tasks that repeat.
  3. Level 3

    A subscription without a method

    What it looks like
The company pays for seats. Usage is sporadic.
    What hurts
Paying for licenses that nobody opens.
    Next step
One task per area, measured before and after.
  4. Level 4

    Tasks that work, in isolation

    What it looks like
Some tasks run well, but results are copied by hand into other tools.
    What hurts
The hand-copying is where the errors come back.
    Next step
    Connect the steps.
  5. Level 5

    Integrated and measured

    What it looks like
AI sits inside the workflow, with review points and a few numbers that matter.
    What hurts
Very little. Here you tune, not rescue.
    Next step
Maintain it and extend it to the next task.

Skipping levels rarely works

Going from level 1 to level 5 in one move leaves people running two systems at once: the new one, and the old habit they actually trust.

Level 3 costs the most

It looks further along than level 2, but you pay for the seats, do the work twice, and still have nothing to show for it.

Two people side by side at a white table, hands resting on it, mid-conversation

One real task per area,
not a generic demo.

  1. 01

    Before

We ask for your real tasks

Each area sends two or three tasks that repeat, with an example of each. We arrive prepared with your material.

  2. 02

    During

    Hands-on, with your own work

We work through those tasks in the accounts we set up. Each person builds the prompts and flows themselves, so the team can repeat them without us.

  3. 03

    After

    You leave with it working

A written set of the prompts and flows you built, the rule for what data goes where, and a follow-up to fix what broke in real use.

For your whole team,
or for your own work.

Business

Set up once, with rules everyone follows.

For teams and companies. We do the setup above, then design each task with the people who do the work, not only the person who manages it.

Bring it to your team →

Sales, support, finance, people

Each area leaves with a task of its own working.

Measured before and after

How long each chosen task takes today and after, measured by your team. That number makes the case for the next step.

Personal

Your inbox, your reports, your week.

For professionals, founders and freelancers who want AI working on their own tasks. We start from what fills your calendar and leave you with prompts you can reuse tomorrow.

Start with a personal task →

Writing and replies

Emails, proposals and messages start from a draft you correct, not a blank page.

Research and reading

Long documents and meetings turned into what you need to know, with the source in view.

Organizing your week

Loose notes and to-do lists put in order without spending Monday morning on it.

Using it safely

What to set up in each tool before you paste anything.

  • Work account, not personal
  • Chat history reviewed
  • No client names

FAQ

Frequently
asked.

We set the rule before we touch the tool: what can go in, what never does, and which accounts to use. The work runs in your accounts, and we use anonymized examples wherever real client data would otherwise appear.

Decisions someone has to answer for, figures that go out without review, and anything you could not explain if it were wrong. AI drafts the first pass. A person keeps the judgment and the last word.

No. We do not resell licenses and we take no commission. When something is worth buying, we tell you, with alternatives.

Yes. That is where we start, before anything new.

No. If you can write an email and use a spreadsheet, you have what it takes. We start from the work you already do, not from how the models work.

Send us one task.
We will say if AI fits it.

Pick one that eats your week. We reply with how we would shape the workshop around it, or tell you plainly that AI is the wrong tool for it.
